Shipping and Returns Policy

How do we ship the product?

We ship your product within a maximum of 2 working days after receiving the order through various service providers such as India Post, ST Courier, Professional Courier and more. The product will reach you in another 1-5 working days depending on your location.

Will you get an update once shipped?

Yes, once the product has been shipped, you shall receive a mail with the tracking ID. You shall get updates on the status of your shipment until it is delivered to your address.

What is Sportwalk Store’s return policy?

If the product sent by Sportwalk is different from what you ordered or faulty, you can mail us about the issue to store@sportwalk.co. On confirmation from us, you can return the product. We will replace it with the desired product of the same value or offer credit on a future purchase in the form of a discount code.

How do you send the product back?

You can return the product through registered post or by courier.

Should you pay any amount for the product return?

No. But you should bear the postal charges.

Does the product look exactly like its displayed on the website?

No, the images displayed are the graphical mockup representation of the original product and thus it shall be not 100% similar to the original products you receive.
